After nearly a decade, Raghav Aggarwal revisited the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad — not as a student, but as a speaker — to engage with the new ePGD-ABA batch on the theme “Generating Business Value using Agentic AI.”

In his talk, Abhinav explored how AI is transitioning from simply executing commands to becoming an autonomous teammate capable of thinking, deciding, and acting across systems. He discussed real-world use cases — from multilingual AI voice agents to adaptive support systems — emphasizing how these technologies are driving tangible business outcomes rather than just technological buzz.
